5. Intellectual Property
  • Our IP: All content and materials on the Platform (excluding User Content) are the property of PostGhost or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Trademarks: “PostGhost” and related logos, service marks, and designs are our trademarks. You may not use any of these without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., social media APIs). We have no control over these third-party services, and you agree that we are not responsible for their availability, content, or any harm arising from their use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostGhost and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostGhost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination
